All clubs require a parent to fill out the CLUB PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FORM to participate.

Complete the sign up form by September 10, 2025 if you want to participate in Sutter’s Speech Club.  There are no tryouts or cuts for Speech.

If you are trying out for Debate you should ALSO sign up for Speech.  If you make the Debate Team, you can continue with or drop Speech. If you don’t make the Debate Team you will not be able to sign up for Speech at a later date.

Sutter was the only middle school among the 15 schools in this high-schools tournament. Sutter participated in 18 of the 371 events yesterday. 

Sutter Middle School placed 4th of the 10 positions in Sweepstakes, among all the high schools!! Please see the attached image with the ranking and points.

It's amazing how our middle school students are giving a tough fight to the high-schoolers! 

Team Sutter gave an impressive showing at the Miwok Middle School Speech Tournament yesterday.

The Tournament had participants from 6 middle schools including Miwok, Cal Middle, Folsom Middle, Granite Bay and Iceberg. There were a total of 177 entries and of them, 62 were from Sutter!! This has been the largest tournament till date! 

Sutter bagged the school trophy for the Total number of wins!!

Sutter had a great day at the Aggie Invitational Tournament at UC Davis today! Sutter kids participated in 16 events and placed in finals in 6 of them, even when they all signed up to participate in Novice genres, but most genres were combined with Varsity kids!! That's a much much tougher competition level.

Greetings! Team Sutter had a great day today at the CVFL Mira Loma High School Speech Tournament! 17 schools were there at the event today with over 200 participants and 300 events. Sutter participated in 22 events.

2. Tanishq Nyalkalkar and Shrijani Padmanabhan were recognized as Sutter's MVPs!!
