Association Meetings

BYLAW UPDATE NOTICE

August 11th 2024... The Sutter Middle School bylaws have been updated and plan be adopted at the next Association meeting on September 11, 2024. This serves as 30 days notice to the Association.

The changes are as follows

• Dues from $10-$12
• Adding Executive VP,  2 VPs, Auditor is appointed not an officer, Vacancy noticed served by Executive VP
• Quorum changes from 12 to 13
• Association Meetings added 4th in November
• 2 VPs Designated as VP of programs and VP of Community Relations, Committee members may meet via teleconferencing, Additonal check signers Executive VP and Financial secretary
• Removed Standing Committees preference is to move towards Volunteer Coordinators
