Subject: Volunteer Help Needed! 8th Grade Dance Under the Stars – May 17, 2025!

Hello everyone,

Overwhelmingly, our parents and students voted for an outdoor 8th grade dance under the stars, so mark your calendars—Saturday, May 17, 2025, is the big night!

And we’re excited to share that the student-chosen theme is… “Olympus”

What does this mean? A whole lot of fun… and a whole lot of volunteers!
Please save the date and consider joining the planning committee. We’re looking for help with the following key roles:

Volunteer Coordinator
Prepare sign-up sheets, ensure all volunteers are cleared through the Raptor system, and organize support on the day of the dance.

Permission Slip Coordinator/Tracker
Every student must have a signed permission slip to attend—this is a vital role and key to the success of the event.

Decoration Lead
If you're crafty and love to decorate, we need your creative touch! You’ll lead a team to bring the theme to life.

Zoom Planning Meetings:
April 29, May 6, and May 13 at 7 PM
