ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
All students must be cleared through our ONLINE athletic clearance process BEFORE the first tryout date of a tryout sport, or first practice date of a non-tryout sport. It is recommended you have your clearance completed at least one week before.
STEP 1: ONLINE CLEARANCE - www.athleticclearance.com
Log-in Instructions - Please note that students participating in multiple sports will only need to be cleared once. Please select ALL sports your athlete is interested in playing. Please save your login information. Follow the instructions below and upload into www.athleticclearance.com
ATHLETIC PHYSICALS MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY AND DATED ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2026, FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR. ALL PHYSICALS EXPIRE MAY 31, 2027.
STEP 2: SPORTS PHYSICAL - upload to www.athleticclearance.com
Sports Physical - A new sports physical is required for each school year and will need to be uploaded to the online clearance site linked above. A sports physical is valid with the following:
- Part 1 student information completed
- Part 2 health information questions answered
- Parent information completed with signature (this step is frequently missed)
- dated after June 1st of the current school year
- signed by a physician (M.D., D.O., P.A., or N.P. only)
- Validated by the physician’s office stamp
STEP 3: TRANSPORTATION
Upload a completed copy of the Transportation Form (1 per driver if multiple drivers in the home). We will not have buses provided again this year for our athletic programs. Parents will be required to transport their student athlete to all athletic events. The transportation form will be required to participate.
STEP 4: DRIVER’S LICENSE
Upload a photocopy of your current Driver’s License (1 per driver if multiple drivers in the home).
FINAL CLEARANCE: Our athletic director will review your uploaded documents and mark the student cleared when all the above steps have been completed. You will receive a confirmation email when cleared.
